what it is?
In short, I become your personal shopper in Japan!
how is it different from buying online?
Some items are hard to come by online or only available in physical store locations. In such cases, I can help you. There's also the fact that there's lots of room for customization and it can be a one stop shop for all things Japan related for you. If the item you want is available for purchase online though, by all means please purchase directly! At the end of the day, this is a luxury service.
rates
- retail price of item + 15% up charge for service- travel fee if applicable (case by case)- shipping fee- pick and pack fee
policy
- I cannot ship any items that the postal service will not accept. This may include any sharp objects, raw meat, perfume, other flammable goods, etc.- Once the package is shipped, everything is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.- Payment will have to be made first before I purchase anything on your behalf. Refunds or cancellations are not acceptable for any reason after you send the payment.

how to order a commission
1. Prior to commissioning me, please take some time to examine my works and samples posted on here, Instagram, Twitter, or Ko-fi to have a better understanding of my current style and available services.2. Next, please carefully read through the terms of services.3. After understanding and agreeing with the T.o.S, please DM me (via links above) if you want to discuss anything. Otherwise, feel free to select your commission type and fill out the form via Ko-fi. You can DM me if you prefer a PayPal invoice as well.
terms of services

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed below which are subject to change at any time.
general terms
-All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.-Do not edit, copy, trace, distribute, resell, or alter any of my works.-Standard turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, excluding weekends. Time is counted from the date when I start working on your commission and not from the date when I receive the payment.-I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
copyright and usage policy
As the artist, I:
-Hold every copyrights over all of my artworks; not the commissioner.
-Reserve the right to post all commissioned work (including progress photos) within any place or websites including my social media.
-Still hold copyright over the artwork even after a commercial fee has been paid.
The client is allowed to:
-Use the artwork for personal use.
-Use the artwork to promote themself with proper credit given to the artist.
-Print the art for themself as long as they are not gaining profit off of the artwork.
The client is NOT allowed to:
-Claim the commissioned artwork as their own.
-Remove or edit any signatures and/or watermarks from the artwork.
-Edit, trace, or alter the artwork without my consent. This includes the client or another artist editing my designs without permission such as animating my emotes. Please consult beforehand. Only exception is to resize or crop the artwork for personal use only.
A breach of any of these terms will be considered copyright infringement and the commissioner's rights to the artwork will be retracted.
extra fees
Commercial fee:
♦︎ Promotional: 2x price (an additional +100% on top of the original price). This is for when the commission is part of a promotion or branding (and thus oftentimes used on monetized platforms) but not for sale.
♦︎ Merchandise: 3x price (an additional +200%). Commissioned artwork can be used for merchandise and resale (make profit) only through obtaining the rights of the design by paying this fee. Merch may include things such as stickers, prints, apparel, key chains, etc.
Rush order fee: an additional +50% on top of the original price. You will receive your work within 5-7 business days. An additional +100% for a 2-3 days delivery.
Misc. fee: an additional +20% of the original price must be paid if you wish for me to never publish the finished commissioned work on my social media. (Keeping the work hidden until an agreed upon date is OK with no fees.)
refunds and cancellations
-I do not accept refunds.-I have the right to cancel your commission, and only then will a refund be issued. A full refund will be sent before the sketching process.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will also be blacklisted and won't be able to purchase any commissions from me as well as possibly sharing the experience to warn others.
